I thought the 1st film was great & after reading so many glowing reviews of Part 2 ( this very site gave it 9 out of 10 which is ridiculous ) I was really looking forward to watching this movie but I left the cinema feeling disappointed. I've just come back from this movie & I was rather disappointed tbh. There's just a lot of moments in the film like this where they did it because 'that'd be cool', and not because it'd be too practical. because they were after each other and they otherwise would have taken some innocent lives with them. The bit where they started shooting at each other through the fountain was silly, too. They're firing at each other, holes are being put in railings and walls, and nobody's batting an eye.
it just means you muffle the sound of what would otherwise be a much louder bang. but silencer doesn't mean 'you can't hear it'.
